Chicken in the bamboo or ayam dalam buloh

This kind of meal was commonly found in the peninsular of Sumatra and Malaysia, now days its hard to see the younger generation do such dish, i was lucky enough to see the rare dish and taste it, its one of my wife favorite dish.
