Slow shutter in London (Click here)





I'm using my Tamron lens. Shutter speed 5.0, focal length 18.0mm Aperture f4.5 and ISO  100.
Gosh it was really cold when i took these pictures. I cant even walk,but i can run. lol Too cold i guess and it was around-2 degrees. :(
